    Sometimes, the PUP can be seen in Control Panel. So you can check all the currently installed programs and remove the malicious one.

    Click Start, go to Control Panel, go to Programs and click Uninstall a program under it.

    On the list of Currently installed programs, search for the suspicious program and click Uninstall/Change button to remove it.

    Step3. Delete the malicious extensions from your browsers.

    Open IE browser, click the Tools button, and then click Manage add-ons.

    Under Show, click All add-ons, and then select the add-on you want to delete.

    If the add-on can be deleted, you’ll see the Remove option. Click Remove and then click Close.

    Mozilla Firefox

    Open Firefox, click the menu button and choose Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager tab will open.

    In the Add-ons Manager tab, select the add-on you wish to remove and click the Remove button.

    Google Chrome

    Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. Then click Tools and select Extensions.

    Click the trash can icon next to the extension you’d like to completely remove. Click Remove when a confirmation dialog appears.

    Step 4: Show hidden files of the system and delete the PUP files.

    Click the Start button and go to Control Panel. Click on Appearance and Personalization to select Folder Options.

    Click the View tab, select “Show hidden files and folders”, deselect “Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)” and then click “Apply” to show hidden files and folders.

    Then search for the files created by the PUP and clear them.

    Step 5: Remove the registry entries changed by the PUP.

    Click Start button and type regedit in Run click OK or type regedit in the search box and open regedit.exe in the search results.

    Then the Windows registry editor window will open.

    In the registry editor, search for the registry entries of PUP.Optional.MySearchDial.A and delete them.

    Warning: It is risky to modify the system registry because any deletion of valid registry key may lead to unimaginable consequences. You’d better make a backup of the registry before making any modifications. Export the registry information to a suitable place on your computer and save it with an appropriate name.
